CSR is generally viewed as something that benefits society – which is diametrically opposed to the concept of luxury.  This view inherently renders CSR communication in the luxury industry more challenging compared to others.  How can the luxury sector effectively communicate their CSR philosophy and initiatives without diluting their brands?  What should be communicated?  How and in what channels should it be communicated to avoid being perceived as green washing?
