The Sustainable Luxury Forum, the pioneering platform in Sustainable Luxury Management, is back for its 3rd edition, drawing change makers, Luxury brand executives and leaders to explore, debate and address social and environmental issues challenging the Luxury and prestige industries.
After working for over 18 years with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC, www.icrc.org) as a field-based Delegate in different armed conflicts, and as the main Spokesperson and Head of Public Communication, Antonella Notari Vischer entered the microfinance sector as Director of Corporate Communication at BlueOrchard in Geneva from early 2008 until November 2009 (www.blueorchard.org).
As of January 2010, she is heading The Womanity Foundation (www.womanity.org). The foundation focuses on accelerating progress for girls and women for the benefit of their communities.
Antonella is a member of "Giving Women’s" Executive Committee (http://givingwomen.ch/), a platform for and on women in philanthropy. She also sits on the Board of Directors of "Geneve roule" (www.geneveroule.ch), an organization promoting the use of bicycles and employing asylum seekers and long-term unemployed persons.
She holds a MSc in Media and Communication from the London School of Economics and a licence ès letters from the University of Geneva.
Antonella is married, lives in Geneva and is of Swiss Italian origins. She practices yoga, loves to read and is interested in contemporary art and music. She is fluent in Italian, German, French, English and Spanish.
